Jet Reports
Creating a Jet Report requires much more than just the fancy code to create and support a file.

In times gone by, we’ve experienced first-hand when a report doesn’t work quickly or deliver the information when you’re up against a firm deadline, worse still when there’s a business change but the report config doesn’t get updated too.
Our financial background means we understand both the functionality within Jet Reports AND the underlying financial principles or operational priorities you’re trying to achieve.
We work with MS Partners and Jet Reports users to design, support, fix and train others.
We’ve had our hands on 250+ Jet Reports over the years.
Below are a few examples:
Revenue Forecasting
Customer struggled to forecast cashflow as monthly revenues were becoming inconsistent, and they had no simple way to see if they’d lost business
Report extracted historical performance per customer and live order book broken into months to review customer performance. File emailed daily from the system to relevant team members
Purchasing
Customer never seemed to have the right inventory in the warehouse to satisfy customer demands
Created a live dashboard showing inventory on hand per product vs. live sales orders which then calculated which products needed to be ordered to satisfy demand
Shipping Documentation
Brexit bought up additional paperwork requirements for customers shipments, which had become a time consuming distraction
Introduced an automated document which contained all necessary customs information per product sold. Report can be generated in seconds, printed for despatch and reused by everyone
Gross Margin Tracking
Owner saw margins declining despite the workshop being very busy, but had no easy way to work out why
Implemented better expense categorisation then created a live extract per product family so the business owner can view the position vs. expectation at any time throughout the month
